The Rising Dragon Carnival event has started in Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle. During the event SR or higher is guaranteed per Summon and SSR Summon rate is doubled. This is a good time to summon the superior SSR characters and improve your team. The Rising Dragon Carnival began on January 11 and will last until January 22.
