Dragon Ball Z Kakarot: Vegeta, Piccolo, and Gohan announced as playable characters

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot will allow playing other characters except for Goku, the latest issue of V-Jump reveals. Some Z Warriors known from manga and anime have also been announced as supporting characters.

Vegeta, Piccolo, and Gohan will appear as playable characters in some parts of the story, but in other places, they will also appear as supporting characters. Different characters will be possible to use as the story progresses. For example, Vegeta will appear as a playable character from Planet Namek. Krillin, Yamcha, Tien Shinhan, and Chiaotzu will be support-only characters and they will respond to the player's actions.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is developed by CuberConnect2 and will be released by Bandai Namco in early 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Find more details about the game in our Dragon Ball Games Encyclopedia.
